who am I?
Before Finconcept.net, I worked in the field of consultancy in a number of companies both as a partner and as an employee and enjoyed several significant experiences. Above all I was able to develop my interest for the creation, development and diffusion of best practices after I realised that competition was futile if the result was little or no progress for society at large. I was also fortunate enough to be directly involved in the floating on the Italian stock market of on of my firms, the experience of which still comes in useful today. As a result of a passion for architecture and town-planning, I began to study Architecture at the University of Venice, concentrating my efforts on urbanization from both a legal and economic point of view. Perhaps unfortunately, but also perhaps fortunately, given that I am now doing exactly what I have always wanted to, family circumstances meant that I was unable to complete my studies before entering the world of consulting. Free time has been a strange concept for me in the past, but I am slowly getting used to the idea that it is important to dedicate time to myself and to my family. The results of my experiments have so far been very positive, so I think that it is very likely that I’ll continue with them. Who knows, I may even take up my studies again. |

When I became CEO of Finconcept.net in 2005 after having been its COO since 2002, I found myself at the beginning of a very exciting moment of my life. The opportunity to establish and develop a true learning organisation has always been one of my dreams and now that I am responsible for the fixing and achieving of challenging objectives, I am beginning to see how all my past experiences are coming together to help, both myself and those around me achieve this. Perhaps the most important of these past experiences gained here were the leading of the R & D team which developed Sistema Adozioni and managing its introduction as a best practice under the guidance of the Italian Ministry of Justice.
