I am a researcher in the Business Unit of Finconcept.net and dedicate the majority of my time and energy to the analysis of thematic and geographical contexts which allow us to develop new project ideas and assess new market opportunities, respecting our creativity, yet maintaining a very scientific approach.

In the years following my degree in History of Art, I worked in both museums and  archives. The most recent of these was the Triennale in Milan, which represented a unique experience as I was able to significantly develop, as the organiser of exhibitions supplied by partner countries from northern Europe, my skills as a ‘cultural translator’. In fact, I was often called upon to resolve problems raised as a result of differences between various European cultures, through the identification of the common ground that is essential to cooperation and co-creation.

In fact, I’m particularly interested in the development of interpersonal intelligence and skills, both mine and those of the members of the team I work with. Personally speaking, Finconcept’s investment in its human resources, its application of the concept of change, not only on project design level but as a basic principle within the organisation and its commitment to finding alternatives to traditional work environments and methods of collaboration are among the most important aspects of working here. My personal challenge is to be an integral part of this change.

When relaxing, you’ll probably find me with a book somewhere nearby, but I am in the process of changing some old habits! I’ll keep you posted.
