Finconcept.net SpA is an organizational and management consultancy firm established in 2002, and specialized in the provision of consulting and training services, focusing in particular on change management projects.
The Company’s follows an ecosystemic approach to organisations and firmly believes organisational development is best achieved through the introduction of continual improvement across all departments of an organisation following scientific testing of new modus operandi in pilot areas.
The methods and instruments used to carry out change projects are the results of significant experiences with the Italian Public Administration, in fields and geographical regions representing major challenges. In particular, work with the Juvenile courts in Sicily in the field of child protection led to the establishment of an organisational model which is now being exported to other regions.
Such experiences have helped us to define a series of services aimed at satisfying the customers’ need which include: guidance and assistance in the visioning phases, re-design of work processes, introduction of changes, support and involvement of each stakeholder in the creation of a stakeholder community, introduction of a culture of continual improvement, post-project support in order to reinforce the achieved results.
