This team, based in Palermo, has the task of carrying out all the actions foreseen in the project AMS EGT which is aimed at extending the best practice Adozioni Modello Sicilia. The project itself represents a significant challenge and as a consequence of this, innumerable opportunities for improvement. These opportunities will be of enormous value, not just for the success of the project in Sicily, but also for the development of the underlying organisational model and best practices that will go on to form the foundations of new projects in other regions in Italy and abroad as well as in new sectors.
