The division CONSULTING is responsible for the delivery of experimental projects where change is introduced to the way in which a client wishes to organize and manage its modus operandi. This division, whose ultimate aim is to guide both its clients and the other divisions of the company to act in a sustainable manner, plans and develops project concepts together with the services and tools that will be necessary for the delivery of the final project. CONSULTING is also responsible for the generation and reinforcement of a network of clients, partners and service providers which it shares with the other divisions.

The recording of best practice and the creation of easy to use guidelines represent an important factor in the diffusion of learning within the company and among its partners, thus promoting the mainstreaming of improvements and encouraging a culture of continual improvement.
