Regional department for the Family and Social Affairs – Sicily

We have worked on a number of large scale projects in the field of child protection since 2003. We provided both technical and human know-how to improve the way various services work together with the Juvenile courts when dealing with cases opened by the courts regarding children at risk or adoption processes.

Sicilia e-Servizi – Sicily

On the last of the major child protection projects we worked in coordination with Sicilia e-Servizi for the transfer of our technologies to its service centres.

Unicredit SpA – Lombardy

Being one of the most important banks in Italy with major interests in over 40 countries worldwide. We worked on a number of projects  with the training department including the re-design of a number of train the trainer courses through the adoption of completely new approaches which resulted in much more effective training. We were also instrumental in the construction and launch of an International Trainers Community which involved representatives from 8 different countries and was designed to improve the knowledge sharing amongst the training staff working within UniCredit.

Banca Popolare di Milano – Lombardy

In addition to working on training projects dealing with communication, negotiation and other trasversal soft skills, we have worked on a number of projects designed at raising the awareness, filling skills gaps and applying new knowledge and skills in the workplace. These projects have been conducted around topics such as crossdepartmental development where the departments involved had serious communication problems; application of value stream theory to improve the definition of roles of the figures involved; orientation of new staff.

Banca Popolare di Vicenza – Veneto

Among the most important projects which we have worked on with BPop Vicenza is an approach which we developed to work together with a group of demotivated employees whose job description and profile was about to be drastically changed. Our task was to accompany the group and help each and everyone explore the opportunities the new post would offer them as well as define which knowledge and skills they already had and which needed to be developed for them to carry out new tasks.

We also worked on a project designed to improve the relations among different levels of workers dedicated to the managment of credit within a number of offices throughout Italy. The distance between the levels (a common problem in Italy) was reduced through helping those involved to see that they were working to a common end and the identification of dysfunctional behaviours and their correction in the field.

NH Hoteles – Lombardy

NH hoteles is a major hotel chain in Italy with over 50 hotels and a worldwide total of over 400. In addition to working on trasversal soft skills such as communication one of our projects with this client worked on the factors which were limiting the sales team’s results. Initially the blame was being placed on misuse of technology but a sit transpired the underlying cause was a lack of a common vision. This aspect was explored with the group and a 20% increase in sales was achieved within three months of the completino of the project.

Confartigianato, associazione giovani artigiani, Vicenza – Veneto

This organisation works to protect the interests of young entrepreneurs in the Province of Vicenza. Among the services we have delivered are the development of our approach to annual conventions Unconventional, which places greater emphasis on the participant ensuring there complete involvement throughout the whole convention. We also successfully tested our Three Steps Towards Change on a group of entrepreneurs from many different backgrounds and will be delivering more editions in the near future.

CE.S.IE – Sicily

Non profit organisation working to promote many social issues such as disadvantaged youth, environment etc.  in europe and beyond. Finconcept has carried out two support actions on EU projects. The first was the support to a partnership working on tools to improve creative thinking methodology in the workplace and vocational training institutes. We are also currently acting as the external evaluators on a project financed under the Daphne programme.

Max Fodgaard A/S – Denmark

We assisted the senior management team of this medium sized producer of factory transport components to face up to a major organizational shake-up. Our faciliators helped the team to examine  all the issues being raised and take the most appropriate decisions given the uncertain economic climate.

Stromma – Denmark

Stromma provides tourist services for people visiting Copenhagen and we are currently working with them to improve relations between different levels of staff and develop support models to deal with the high levels of stress which are generated during the high season.

Malta Enterprise – Malta

We have led a number of workshops which are aimed at improving the awareness of local business owners and leaders of issues related to change.

Agenfor – Emilia Romagna

Collaborated on the production of a number of project videos produced by this training agency to ensure that the English versions achieved the desired impact

Leadership & Organizational Learning – Switzerland

We worked with LOL on the identification and reworking of their product lines. This project was the first application of our service, Company Empowerment Roadmap.
